UK Standard Shipping Method £6

Your parcel is shipped with DPD and will arrive within 3 working days. Once your order has been processed you will receive your tracking information via email address provided. All items are sent tracked and can be traced.

Our delivery companies will sometimes allow customers to leave the parcel in a safe place (if the customers is aware they will not be home during the delivery time) if you select to leave the parcel in a safe place and the parcel is to go missing we are NOT held responsible for this. If your have not received your parcel within 14 days of placing your order it is your responsibility to contact Bella Diosa so we can raise a dispute with our couriers. Bella Diosa will not be held liable for missing parcels after 14 days have lapsed.

UK Next Day Shipping Method £8

Your parcel is shipped with DPD and will arrive the next day if ordered before 2 pm, if after 2 pm it will go out the following day. Please note Saturday & Sunday are NOT classed as working days. Once your order has been processed you will receive your tracking information via email address provided. All items are sent tracked and can be traced.

Our delivery companies will sometimes allow customers to leave the parcel in a safe place (if the customers is aware they will not be home during the delivery time) if you select to leave the parcel in a safe place and the parcel is to go missing we are NOT held responsible for this. World wide Shipping available on all items. DHL Express service is used on all International orders. Brexit Shopping Regulations. You the buyer hold the cost of import customs & duties by the delivery of goods from the UK. Please check the amount you will need to pay prior to placing your order for the country you reside in. Declining customs charges once shipped will result in you being charged for duplicate shipping costs.

If you have a need to consider refunds and returns - This means we owe you a "thank you!" as you have ordered a product from Bella Diosa.

We will always strive to deliver amazing items to you with a great customer service experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

The items you are returning will be refunded, on the condition that it is received by us in perfect, (re)saleable condition, all original labels and tags are attached, and it shows no signs of having been worn or washed.

No returns on any sale items or exchanges

You must send it back within 14 days since your parcel arrived to your delivery address and we would appreciate if you tell us your intention to send them back to us during the next 7 days you receive them please email info@belladiosauk.com.

The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches Bella Diosa. Therefore, for your own protection, I recommend that you send the item(s) using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the items & that can be tracked so you are aware when Bella Diosa has received the items.

The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of your item being received. Payment will be via the same method used at purchase.
